What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your appointment.
If plans change, let us know as early as possible (Booksy or any contact channel).
Do you require a deposit?
Not by default — bookings are usually possible without a deposit.
A deposit may be required individually after repeated no‑shows, last‑minute cancellations or being over 15 minutes late.
What if it repeats?
Future bookings are accepted only with 50% prepayment.
It is not an extra fee — the amount is applied to the service total at your visit.

How do you ensure hygiene?
Sterility is a baseline standard. We use a full tool cycle: disinfection, cleaning, sterilization and process control. On request, we can explain and show each step.
